TOYOTA - UNPARALLELED QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE
Toyota has consistently set the benchmark for automotive excellence, and their AC compressors are a testament to their commitment to quality.
Specifically designed to meet the unique needs of Toyota cars, the Toyota AC Compressor plays a vital role in your car’s air conditioning system, ensuring optimal cooling performance even in the sweltering heat.
THE INNER WORKINGS OF YOUR TOYOTA AC COMPRESSOR
Similar to a room air conditioning or a refrigerator, your Toyota’s air conditioning system operates through a process of heat exchange.
The Toyota AC Compressor is responsible for converting the refrigerant gas from low–pressure to high–pressure, while also heating it.
This high–pressure gas is then cooled down by the condenser and fan, transforming it into a high–pressure liquid and dissipating heat in the process.
The cooled liquid refrigerant passes through an expansion valve, allowing it to expand and cool just before entering the cabin.
As it evaporates into a gas, it travels through the internal condenser, absorbing heat from the cabin.
The resulting cold air is propelled into the cabin by a blower motor, providing you with a refreshing and comfortable driving experience.
This cycle continues as the gas is compressed back into a high-pressure state.
